Martin Caswell Martin has over 21 years experience as a resource development and exploration geologist and has explored for multiple commodities within diverse geological settings. He was a member of the Minjar Gold Project’s discovery and resource definition team and, in 2003, was Geological Supervisor of the Safari Bore Gold Project resource development team.
Martin bolsters Digirock’s resource definition and development expertise through his attention to detail, knowledge of QA/QC procedures and geotechnical expertise. He is familiar with a wide range of industry-standard software packages. Martin prides himself on a proactive approach to health, safety, community and environment. |

Oisin McFadden Oisin is a well accomplished, three year experienced Exploration Geologist who graduated from University College, Dublin, Ireland with a BSc in Geology. He has experience in navi- , conventional diamond and percussion drilling, drill planning, logging and geological interpretation across both Eastern Goldfields gold and iron ore and Pilbara iron ore exploration. Additionally, he has undertaken Graduate Mentoring and development of standard operating procedures for exploration.
Oisin’s easygoing nature makes him a well-liked member of any exploration team he has worked in. He is keen to develop a greater knowledge of the project geology process through mentoring from senior geological staff.

Reece Witten Reece Witten is an exploration geologist and graduated from the University of Melbourne with Honours in 2004. He has worked in a number of geological terrains including Archean Granite-Greenstone and the Pine Creek Geosyncline exploring for gold and Papua New Guineau’s Orogenic Belt exploring for copper/gold systems.
Reece is a well respected and broadly experienced exploration geologist well versed in diamond and RC drilling and logging, mapping and sampling techniques with additional experience in resource modelling. His easy going nature and solid technical ability makes him ideally suited to working in exploration teams. |
Melanie Ashley Melanie Ashley completed her BSc in Applied Geology at Curtin University in October 2011. Through vacation field exploration work, Melanie has acquired skills in RC rig supervision and chip logging, sample QAQC as well as drilling safety and logistics. She is an active and keen geologist and holds memberships to the AusIMM, AIG, Geological Society of Australia (GSA), the Curtin Geology Students’ Society, GEOS, and is the GEOS student representative to the GSA, WA branch.
Melanie has strong organisation, time management and communication skills and enjoys the team work environment. She enjoys the challenge of scientific problem solving and will be a committed member in any exploration team. |

Matthew Bond Matthew Bond graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) in Geology in 2010, which provided him with a range of key research skills together with data analysis and problem solving abilities. Matthew possesses excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. While very much a team player, Matthew is also capable of working alone using his initiative to achieve desired goals. His retail experience has provided Matthew with excellent customer service skills, and this combined with a positive work ethic, being reliable and keen to take on new responsibilities, should see Matthew fit well into any exploration team. |
Therese White Therese White graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Earth Science from the National University of Ireland in 2008 and is a member of the Mineralogical Society of Great Britain and Ireland and the Irish Geological Society. Prior to heading to Australia to further her geological career, Therese gained valuable field experience as an Environmental Scientist carrying out various on site environmental monitoring surveys throughout Ireland for the EPA. Since arriving in Australia in early 2011, Therese has gained over six months experience supervising aircore and diamond rigs on a gold project in the Murchison. This role also saw her involved in writing annual reports and preparing Programmes of Work for submission to the WA Mines Dept. Therese enjoys the field-based nature of her work and the outdoors and this, with her bubbly personality, enthusiasm and willingness to learn, will ensure she is an asset to any exploration team. |

David Ralston David Ralston graduated from the University of Glasgow with a BSc (Hons) in Earth Science in 2010. His field work for the honours thesis involved mapping of the Lewisian metamorphic belt in Gairloch, Scotland. David has MapInfo and ArcGIS experience to complement his mapping and interpretation skills. David is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who performs well when working as part of a team or independently. |

Terry Taylor Terry Taylor graduated with a BSc in Geology from Melbourne University in 1968 and subsequently gained an MSc from the University of Western Australia in 1984. Terry is an accomplished Senior Geologist with extensive experience in the supervision of drilling programs. His strengths are mapping and sampling at both local and regional scale as well as core logging. Terry is an extremely competent Geologist who enjoys working as a Relief Geologist and isn’t averse to longer field stints when working in this capacity. |

Helen Barling
Helen Barling graduated from the University of South Australia with a B App Sc (Geology) in 1996. She is an accomplished exploration geologist with over 10 years experience across various Australian mineral fields and terrains. She is an observant geologist with excellent logging, reporting, rig supervision, modelling and interpretation skills. |
Martin Bailey Martin Bailey graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc (Hons) in Geology in 2010. He is a committed and hard working team member, who is enthusiastic and highly motivated. Martin began his exploration career at Digirock working out of a remote Pilbara field camp conducting iron ore exploration. Martin's quiet enthusiasm and passion for geology makes him a popular team member and an asset to exploration teams. |

Barry Davis Barry Davis is an accomplished Senior Geologist with over 25 years exploration and senior management experience. He has undertaken exploration campaign and drilling management in desert to mountainous terrains across diverse geological settings and styles from epithermal/porphyry copper to alluvial and orogenic gold, to iron ore systems. Additionally, Barry has set up new country offices for companies in a number of different locations. Through his strong understanding of structural geology, its application to exploration targeting, and his exploration management experience Barry Davis has brought projects from concept to pre-feasibility. He is a highly motivated and capable individual and undertakes short-term field exploration contracts in between running his rural property and his international geological interests. |
Philip Denby Phil Denby graduated from the University of East Anglia with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Earth Sciences in 2002 before going on to complete an MSc in Mining Geology from the Camborne School of Mines in 2004. He has over five years experience as an Exploration Geologist/Hydrogeologist in Australia, including iron ore and nickel exploration in WA, gold exploration near Pine Creek in the NT, and copper-gold exploration in SA. Phil is well versed in all aspects of diamond and RC drilling and has over two years of management and supervisory experience. Phil is a passionate and methodical Geologist who enjoys working in remote environments. His easy going personality will see him fit well into any exploration team. |

Chris Paton Chris Paton graduated from the University of Glasgow with a BSc in Earth Science in 2009. He is a member of the Scotland Lacrosse team and participated in the World Championships in 2010 in which Scotland placed 7th. This passion saw Chris coaching lacrosse at the school level before his decision to come to Australia to further his geological career. Chris joined Digirock on our Graduate Geologist training program in 2011. |
Morven Sinclair Morven Sinclair completed her BSc (Hons) in Earth Science (Hons) at the University of Glasgow in 2009 and her MSc in Carbon Capture and Storage at the University of Edinburgh in 2010, where she was an active member of their respective geological societies. Morven is quick to pick up new skills and thrives in a team environment. Morven joined Digirock on our Graduate Geologist training program in 2011. |

Daniel Warman Daniel Warman graduated with a BSc with Honours in Geology from Cardiff University in 2010. He is passionate about geology and this is reflected in the enthusiasm he has for field work and the outdoors. Daniel is a motivated and very enthusiastic person who is keen to commence his geology career in Australia and contribute to the success of an exploration team. Daniel joined Digirock on our Graduate Geologist training program in 2011, completing MARCSTA, defensive and 4WD training, and Digirock’s 5 day Geological Best Practice course. |
